This was my first home buying experience. I reached out to several brokers and Tracy Chan was the only one that checked all the boxes from the very beginning:
She responded quickly. There were no one word responses. She actually asked clarifying questions. She did not sugarcoat things.
To say that Tracy went above and beyond to walk me through my first home buying experience would be the understatement of the year. She managed to work around my busy schedule, patiently handled all logistical challenges and provided support in situations where she clearly didn’t have to. Two examples:
- When I was not able to join her for visits, she took videos of the properties for me and commented on everything she saw and found. Even outside regular work hours.
- Even after the purchase she made sure to stay in touch and help me address any issues that had clearly were not her responsibility.
In short, she did not just think about her own commission; she wanted to make sure that I would walk away without any regrets. Buying a house is by no means an enjoyable experience but she made sure that I was not miserable. If I ever wanted to buy another place I would reach out to Tracy in a heartbeat.
